WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

 

Under the guidelines set out by Government, every employer needs to complete a Covid-19 specific risk assessment.

 

The guidance asks employers to identify who could be harmed and how and to implement reasonable controls to mitigate the risk to employees of contracting Covid-19.

 

In addition, the guidance places a duty on employers to assess existing working practices and controls to understand which functions are location specific. Put simply, employers need to understand what working activities can be carried out from home and what can only be executed  in the workplace
